Welcome to the Redeemed Gospel Church Huruma house of prayer for all people. I am glad you have chosen to spend a few moments looking around, discovering our church family. As I describe Redeemed Gospel Church Huruma to people, I use words like ‘Huruma kuhurumiwa or at the place of mercy.’ We are a group of people committed to following Jesus. That means we worship him with vigor and joy. That means we encourage prayer in church and throughout life. That means we love people outside the church through generosity, invitation, and compassion. Our hope is that all people will feel loved and welcomed at Redeemed Gospel Church Huruma. And once here, we pray that people will meet God and as a result of meeting God, give their lives to Jesus Christ. We want that for you. We’d love to meet you and know you.
About Us
No again is there anyone who loves or pursues or desires to obtain pain of itself, because it is pain, but because occasionally circumstances occur in which toil and pain can procure him some great pleasure. To take a trivial example, which of us ever undertakes laborious physical exercise, except to obtain some advantage from it? But who has any right to find fault with a man who chooses to enjoy a pleasure that has no annoying consequences, or one who avoids a pain that produces no resultant pleasure.
